You can become a Manager On Duty fairly quickly. Really the quality of your employment fully depends on your supervisor.
You will pretty much certainly start out at minimum wage. There are no benefits. You may move up to become an M.O.D, but that means you will be given a lot more responsibilities and minimal raise.
Advice to Management
Some benefits, option to work full time, and higher wage would be the only way to make employment halfway decent.
