I worked at Dollar TreePros
Being a part time cashier, my hours were usually things like 730am-12pm , 1pm-6om. 10am-3pm. Usually no more that five hour shifts. I always got a ten minute break. All i did for the most part was stay on the register, and tidy up around the front of the store when i had no customers.Cons
Short breaks. I was usually the only one around unless i called someone, the dollar tree i worked at was pretty busy, so that was kinda annoying.
I didn't have to, but some employees had to work a shift then come back a few hours later to help stock and unload truck. That could tough if you live to far away. Seemed like every week cooperate or whoever would have them change around certain items, it seemed like seasonal maybe? However that would be rather confusing to customers! Id try to help but it happened so frequently that sometimes I didn't even know where the item was. For example, around the holiday season i know the holiday bags moved at least 3 times in a month, like every week!Advice to ManagementAdvice
Give a little more hours, its bad enough the pay sucks. Stop moving things so often, it gets confusing to the customers.Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookDisapproves of CEO
