    I worked at Dollar Tree

    Pros

The cater to the right clientele.

    Cons

Pay is not acceptable for the work store associates do. Open every holiday except Christmas. No positive support from upper management. Customers treat the stores horribly. Lack of staffing results in poor service and high store theft. Company cuts corner on everything to save money and it shows. Yearly raises for store associates is almost non-existent they are so small. Negative environment overall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want the best from your associates, give them a positive and safe environment. Your regional and district managers are self absorbed and only care about the bottom line and not the people making you money. Think about the store associates during holidays, it should not always be about money.
