    Pros

    Great Advancement opportunities
    Lots of hours available
    meal discounts

    Cons

Managers arent trained properly, and the quality of the store is poor, seems as if these stores are just thrown together to make money without being properly planned out or designed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dominos could be a much better company to work for if they adapt a better training system for their managers and employees. Management pay is below average.
