Current Employee - Assistant Manager in San Antonio, TX

I have been working at Domino's part-time (less than a year)

Free food, very relaxed management to begin with especially if your are just a driver. You can be promoted fairly quickly because so many people quit. Good job for college student or some extra cash.

As assistant manager very long shifts, get blamed for crap that you can not change, upper level management does not care for employees just results, it has an extremely high turnover rate. Pizza industry is a man world so sometimes the guys can get a little out of control and HR does nothing about it. I had two females get transferred to other stores because of feeling uncomfortable and even I had to speak to HR about some situations that were considered sexual harassment in the store. However, none of these guys get fired they just transfer the females like it is there fault.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees better! Not everything is the managers fault and please have stricter rules on making the workplace more appropriate.
