    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your company has very poor leadership. I had a property manager that I only saw about once or twice a month and a regional property manager that was clearly in over her head. How do you expect to run a successful business when your managers aren't equipped to do so and you don't even have set guidelines or policies. Firstly, you need to set policies and guidelines in place so that everyone is on the same page. Every time I looked up there was a policy change, which was never in writing, mind you. Secondly, you need to reevaluate the type of people you put in managerial positions. You have a sailor for a property manager that curses every other word she speaks and slaps residents' children and an incompetent regional manager that never had an answer for anything but sure demanded a whole lot without even being able to do her own job satisfactorily. Thirdly, you need to invest in software and technology that will make everyones jobs easier instead of being greedy and trying to line your pockets by cutting corners. Employees would save a lot of time by not having to manually type up 30 page leases every single time. It took six months after the acquisition to finally get business cards and there were no brochures or marketing materials created to assist leasing agents. Lastly, you should really learn to appreciate your employees. We work hard for our money, and especially our commissions. It is only fair that you pay your employees on time when they really rely on it and at least act like you give a damn when the matter is brought to your attention.
