    Pros

    Knowledgeable, friendly staff at all levels; everyone, including management, the docs, nursing assistants, and receptionists are all easy to approach and work with. Comprehensive program means that working here can make a very real difference in others' lives (also your own!). Great wellness focus.

    Cons

    Not all programs have equal support; the nature of community health means planning budgets based on grants and programs that are susceptible to cuts and changes the health center has little control over

    Advice to Management

    Good luck, keep up the good work, and keep growing -- hire more midlevel providers for urgent care and chronic disease management!
