    Pros

    Nice people, good working environment (if you are part of the circle)

    Cons

    Leadership is only looking for profits. If they can cut positions on projects to increase money for leadership, they will.
    Classic Too Many Kings and not enough Peasants.
    They will try to squeeze everything they can out of lower paid positions in the hopes they don't have to pay real talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Strategy of keeping the inexperienced personnel and letting the experienced personnel go, is going to come back to bite you. Good luck
