-Customers allowed to get away with anything and everything while manager just stands there and watch
-Very low pay and if you do get a raise you are lucky to get .20 cents
-When there is a issue with an employees behavior it takes forever for the situation to be worked through the proper channels for the employee to be reprimanded.

Learn what it means to really inspire your team. Having the title of manager doesn't make you a good manager. I really don't think higher ups know exactly what goes on in the stores.
