    I have been working at Drew Child Development


    They are flexible and allow you to attend school.
    They allow time off when necessary, which is great for those with children.


    Very little opportunities for growth.
    The pay is fairly low and increases are about as common as a blue moon.
    The people form cliques and are immature.
    The buildings are in bad neighborhoods.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay people proper wages. Your salaries aren't the only important ones and just becuase people don't work at corporate doesn't make them unimportant. Us intake workers need more money.
