    Pros

Global company , growth potential is amazing slow and steady. deep rooted values that come from the family home and exist in all employees. low turnover which is bad also. love consuming fruit in all the fields and all the offices daily. real friendly people. family values. passion trust humility. soren bjorn rules. miles rieter inspiring. gives you goosebumps every time you talk to the guy. he is brilliant. they don't make people like that anymore. not around that often has memory and strength like an elephant. - fruit volume is exponential - you cannot grow enough to keep up with demand. that is a double edged sword because no matter what (other than water and weather) the berries are like gold and sell like hot cakes.

    Cons

Employees don't follow all the values specially Trust. A lot of passive aggressive behavior in many areas and regions. management is not watching carefully. High turnover in many departments like HR and Finance. stay away. too many clicks. favoritism runs a muck. hire who you know. people talk secretly constantly and these insiders thrive while the newer people are eaten alive. company and pace is not as fast as many other companies in this day and age. very slow decision making. people are passionate but only about working there and having a stable job that pays a good wage yet nobody is passionate about changing things. many most don't know any better. this is their first and last job. lot of average skill level with bigger lip service than results.

    Advice to Management

challenge everyone who has worked there more than five years. change their jobs. tenured employees too comfortable in their roles. invest more in employees - career development learning opportunities. broaden equity participation. communicate more. upgrade leadership. only offer organic fruit to employees - treat them well they are your biggest asset.
