Current Employee - Master Merchandiser, Surge in Buffalo, NY

I have been working at Driveline Retail Merchandising part-time for less than a year

Something different almost everyday, or week, depending on project. $12.50/hour pay, hotels if you are more than 60 miles from home for more than 1 day, per diem when staying over.

Poor management, especially at the team lever, most project managers are glorified merchandisers who do the reports but also do what you are doing and usually have very poor interpersonal skills, lots of passive aggressive project managers who also avoid finding out pertinent info for their team members, especially regarding payroll. For example, one trip I was paid $25/day for expenses, the next time 5 months later it was only $15/day with no explanation as to why.
