    Relaxed Management
    Treated with respect
    Flexible with task that needs to be completed
    If they like you you can move up quicker than expected

    Truck days are sometimes short handed
    Sometimes, experienced, managers are lost and call other stores
    You have run to other stores sometimes to get supplies
