I worked at Dungarvin, Inc part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Working with people with developmental disabilities. it is a good feeling to help people not because you are being paid but because it feels good to make a difference in someone's life.

    Cons

The management doesn't care about staff. They will fire you in a heart beat. The worst part is that they misuse money given to them by the state to care for people with developmental disabilities. The clients rarely have food, clothing and good luck finding any cleaning supplies or a working vacuum in any of the group homes. This place should be shut down because it is inhuman how they are treating their clients. Department of Developmental Disabilities needs to run a thorough audit on this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop mistreating people.
