I have been working at Dungarvin part-time (less than an year)Pros
Love my co workers and clients. In my house we do have enough food and lots of cleaning supplies and things that work (saw another person say they didn't have anything).Cons
Don't even know where to begin.
The upper management does not care about the Direct Support Staff. Whenever we have problems they never listen. When you want to talk to your PD they never get back to you either.
Along with management being horrible they don't pay enough. Sure it might look like a lot but when you have to deal with management cutting out all the float staff so you are running around trying to get stuff done, it's definitely not. Also with the amount of behaviors we deal with.
Another thing going with management cutting everyone's hours and then not giving them back is that so many people quit that we are so understaffed that people are working crazy amount of people that you basically live there. The management does not care if you have children and think you should be working overnights even if you are a single parent.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Actually listen to your employees, don't take us for granted, and pay a little more.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
