Not a horrible place to work, but it does not offer any sort of intellectual stimulation or challenge in my position

    I worked at Dunmore Homes

Great looking business cards and located in a new office building located in a better part of town with easy access to the freeway.8-5, M-F, with weekends off.

Very minimal "big picture" communication to the lower echelons in the company which led to a lot of speculation about growth and the future of the company as a whole. Creates a bad work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat all employees regardless of their job title equally. Share as much information as possible and if asked a direction question...answer it to the best of your ability.
