    Pros

It's fun at times. All the employees are interesting people and some you can be friends with which is great. This is good for your first job to gain experience.

    Cons

Management isn't great, there's lots of catty drama between everyone and some managers will egg it on. Policies aren't ever really consistently followed; it just depends which higher-up you're working with for the day. The schedules are bad. There are no penalties for missing work, people constantly switching shifts, lots of call-outs and some no-shows. It gets very confusing and they'll end up short on staff. There aren't any real benefits. Not a lot of people have been fired, but plenty of people have quit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start being professional. Start being mature. The drama and bullying is obnoxious. Hold people accountable for things because a slap on the wrist doesn't do much. Be more organized.
