    Pros

Co workers make you fill very welcome, flexible work hours, employee safety is a very big concern, benefits are very good

    Cons

As normal your job is government contract dependent, management pushes there work off on, employees, receiving department does way to much work for being the lowest paid,

    Advice to Management

cut the dead weight and hire in from the outside, department leads need to be held accountable, employees should not be doing there own yearly ratings.
