    I worked at Dyntek full-time for more than 5 years


    If you like a challenge and are at the top of your profession, you like taking things on yourself and performing all aspects of delivery or sales, you will like DynTek. It isn't for those needing a lot of micro-management. The services teams are top notch.


    Company's back office presents a real challenge to customers and employees alike. Management team needs work at the executive level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Middle level management does a great job of working with their sales and services teams. Executive management lacks engagement in the day to day business and seems unaware of what most of the staff does all day.
