I have been working at EBS Healthcare full-time (more than an year)

The HR representatives respond pretty quickly to phone calls and emails. You can be salaried (which I would suggest because you get no money during the breaks or unexpected closings). The basic benefits are pretty good. Because it is a big company, they can find you a job pretty much anywhere.

My reps have dropped the ball for really important things (I missed an entire paycheck because they did not let accounting know I wanted to be salaried instead of contract), There is neither room for growth nor pay increases. Only school-based positions are available.I can't speak for everywhere, but in my county we also have hand in monthly logs of the students we have seen and hour breakdown of work hours (as if I don't have enough paperwork to do).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try raising the pay rate -- perhaps you should consider recruiting less and paying the employees you have more. If possible, could you branch out to other settings? I am considering leaving the company because 1. More money would be nice and 2. I no longer want to work in the schools.
