    I worked at ECARDIO DIAGNOSTICS

    Pros

    the joy of getting to talk to people from all over and helping them with their problems

    Cons

    the management is absolutely despicable not friendly very cocky And if you go to them with a problem a question or need help with something they don't give The help you have asked for.
     if you make the slightest little mistake they threaten to let you go .they are not professional when it comes to ending your employment they don't talk to you face to face about your position they just email you and tell you not to come back to work.Or they did to me Anyways.
     the people who work there are racist they don't care about their job and yet they get to keep their seat .
    they show up late talk about things that should not be talked about in an environment like ecardio they use foul absurd languege when managers are not around.
     they talk about how awful the managers are behind Their Back.
    it's a filthy office they don't believe in cleaning anything dust everywhere on all the desks they definitely do not update their equipment Their keyboards are cheap and the letters are coming off so you don't know what you're typing.
    It's just not worth it, it's not worth the stress being treated like dirt when you have a question about something.
    and then you have people telling you two different things so you never really know how to do your job because you're always being told something different.
     the stress of being on two phones And two computers is just absolutely crazy. and with everything that comes with this job they definitely do not provide enough Information during the course of Training. they make you work 10 hours but only give you 1 30 minute lunch break

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    be more compassionate about your employees be more respectful and helpful smile a little more let them know that you are there .pay a little more attention to the employees who work there and how they treat others.
