I have been working at ECMC full-time (more than 5 years)

Benefits are typically very good although ECMC claims they have better benefits then other companies this is no longer true. However they are still on the high end of average.

Bottom line-the company is in a wind down. Any mergers with other company's (like Corinthian Colleges) will bring with it its own employees and will not extend the length of employment for existing staff, unless you are part of executive management. There is a lower management to staff ratio but the management left isn't all that good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold existing executive management to the standards you talk about. You say you are practicing servant leadership but your actions don't support it. Get rid of the people you are protecting and bring back management who got things done.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
