Project managers at this company are great. Unfortunately Emas just laid off some of them.

Emas just laid off in May 2015. Career opportunities and progression at Emas is slow. HR states that a typical engineer 1 to engineer 2 progression is two years, but all engineer ones have been with the company for at least three years. Starting salaries for graduate engineers at Emas are not competitive. Emas offers more money to engineers from other companies than engineers that progress with Emas with the same level of experience. Emas needs to improve on it's work/life balance during tough times of projects. Senior management and the companies culture and values are guided by Singapore.

    Advice to Management

Learn to keep your good talent. Hire a new HR department that doesn't specialize in lying and a senior management that has people skills.
