    I worked at EMC

There are plenty of development opportunities at EMC. You will work with some of the best people in the industry and learn a lot.

Long hours are the norm, those who do not perform are given a chance but will ultimately be given the elbow if they are not up to shape. They do tend to put a lot of pressure on and it isnt the company to work for if you like your weekends!

They do have an amazing amount of paperwork which is quite normal for a large company but they have the wrong people filling the paperwork out. The Pre-Sales teams spend an amazing amount of time filling out forms (most of which are too technical for them as they are not trained for that kind of work).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to do less number management and more people management.
