    I worked at EMC

Work life balance, good salary for the region. Great exposer to the cloud, and the ITIL practices. IF you apply yourself, you can make it larger next time around at similar companies.

Always pushing to have the next cert with no pay increase. Little in the way of bonuses, over a 3 year period for my run. Was told by my manager, I cant give it to you as there is not enough from upper management to go around and it was given to 1 person on a team of 20+. Accomplishments mean little to management, who only fly by the numbers, and not by the big picture or give in, or push an alternate way when a better idea comes along, regardless if you save an account worth millions or demonstrated another way works better than their, large ego's abound, don't step on any toes!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Way to restrictive on time off, and PTO day usage. This is a cover your but organization, and you get nailed hard when the hammer comes down.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
