-good starting point for those lacking technical background -Some truly unique and interesting co-workers -Decent PTO

-Utter lack of direction / accountability / transperency from management that has lead to a highly toxic work environment in the Phoenix office. -There is an entire department above the 'entry level' processing crew that should be dissolved, as the minimal amount of work handled by this group could be completely absorbed by the underpaid processing department. -Nearly impossible to get your shift changed (and no shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shift) / no reasoning behind those who receive favorable (9AM-5PM) schedules. -Turnover in middle management completely detered career advancement for the best analysts in processing. -No personal desk space for processing analysts (every other department gets their own personal workspace / keyboard / etc.) -Those working on 2nd and 3rd shift often miss out on company provided lunches, parties, etc. with no additional compensation.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the talent you have at the bottom and follow through with promotions that are promised. Instill a little faith in the lower ranks and stop dangling the carrot with promise of promotion and career advancement before all of your best talent gets burned out and quits.
