    I worked at EVRAZ North America full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great location, You can pay for transporation costs pre-tax, Initially there wasn't an employee cost share for benefits. There weren't a lot of defined processes in the beginning so there were opportnities to develop processes and make an impact.

    Cons

    No work life balance, high stress, a high volume of last minute high priority projects that come out of nowhere. LONG HOURS. Lack of support from management. Employees are resources that are used up and tossed aside. Environment is toxic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Follow your values -- listen to your employees -- the company is experiencing high turnover because it is not a great place to work. Invest time in finding out why rather than investing time in convincing employees that they are wrong. Plan your work.
