    Positive Outlook

I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

Flexible work arrangements, great culture of inclusiveness. An expanding firm that has been aggressively hiring to meet aggressive revenue goals (that it's been meeting). If you want a challenge and want to meet that challenge while working with a bunch of smart, driven, and friendly people, this is the place.

The career track isn't always clear. The "your career is what you make of it" mantra is equally a pro and a con, depending on your personality type. If you don't like unpredictability in your work schedule and types of projects, you shouldn't be looking at EY or any consulting firm in the first place.

    Advice to Management

Keep making the EY cultural value push the way you've been doing. It's clear that management's commitment to its core values is real and not just lip service. That is all too rare.
