I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

Compared too many consulting firms EY is not as cutthroat as most. People genuinely like working at EY and leadership makes an effort to build an inclusive and supportive culture.

At the end of the day it is really still about the making money first and foremost. Training is not very, very limited and they primarily expect you to learn on the job.

    Advice to Management

Double the investment on training. EYsells knowledge but invests less that everyone else in the industry and less than most businesses. I have been at EY for three years and client work trumped all three training weeks so I have had zero training other than mandatory useless internal seminars and webinars. Nothing to build my actual skill set.
