I worked at EY full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

work at accounting firms is basically the same. the difference is the people. Most in the smaller offices are nice and easy to get along with. Lots of group events paid for by the firm, free food when working late, random free lunches.

    Cons

Hours. Busy season is usually over 60 hours per week. Can be hard to work in training if your clients don't follow a traditional busy season schedule
