EY works to provide a flexible, dynamic working environment. And it is full of smart and motivated people. It also offers some ability to direct your career, within the context of its business goals.

EY claims to care about its people first, but that is not true any more than any other business. Very non transparent compensation, disregard for people's career-building experiences when money is on the line in any fashion (even neglible amounts). It also has a bad habit of "dangling carrots" in front of people's noses to coerce them to stay, while in the long term portraying the situation differently than EY intends to treat it. Overall, EY demands loyalty from its employees, while returning none.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest, and don't portray the firm (or any of its actions) differently than they truly are. Your employees are smart, and will figure it out.
