Current Employee - Lead Pilot Manager in New York, NY

I have been working at Eaglemed full-time (more than 5 years)

Solid financial backing, good coworkers, aggressive growth. Good maintenance as long as you stick to your position with the maintenance department.

Management out of touch with reality at base level or don't care since acquisition. Lower than industry average pay for pilots no incentives for remote bases. Pay appears to vary by person. Aging fleet. Maintenance has an employee or two that will try to avoid fixing squawks, until scheduled maintenance to avoid maintenance out of service time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Proper compensation for people on the line and bonuses would go a long way toward retention.

    Positive Outlook
