The environment is friendly, fun, and energetic. Everyone is under 30 so it keeps the place lively. There is room for advancement, however a title does not equal more pay - except for the higher ups that came from Canada.
Awful pay - a line cook barely makes $12, and considering the stress and hard work we put in to this place - its not a good deal. Employees don't feel rewarded and many people stop showing up or just quit and never come back. They also promote the wrong people out of desperation.
Advice to Management
Be more selective with who you pick to be your leaders. Pay better - it will make your employees happier and willing to stay. Fully train those who are advancing. Do not use salary as an excuse to pay people less for more hours worked.
