Made promises upon hire that were not kept, lack of ongoing useful training.

Current Employee - Behavioral Interventionist in Burlingame, CA

I have been working at Easter Seals part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers when we are actually in the office, good learning opportunities, most definitely a useful stepping stone. Bonding with the children has definitely been the reason why I stayed so long.

    Cons

Continuous lack of communication between management and other staff, continuous cutting of reimbursements to staff. Other's mistakes seemed to be tossed on to the interventionists laps. Last minute schedule changes on an ongoing basis and promises being unsatisfied on an ongoing basis since I began. The company also seems to be in financial trouble as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hey management, try backing up ALL of your staff every now and then,
