    I have been working at Easter Seals part-time for less than a year


    Friendly co-workers when we are actually in the office, good learning opportunities, most definitely a useful stepping stone. Bonding with the children has definitely been the reason why I stayed so long.


    Continuous lack of communication between management and other staff, continuous cutting of reimbursements to staff. Other's mistakes seemed to be tossed on to the interventionists laps. Last minute schedule changes on an ongoing basis and promises being unsatisfied on an ongoing basis since I began. The company also seems to be in financial trouble as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hey management, try backing up ALL of your staff every now and then,
