One of the best reasons to work here is learn about the need for change. You can't sit around trying to battle the Fuji film company for market share in film. Kodak has embraced and moved on to commercial digital printing.

One of the challenges here, is the legacy people still have the film based knowledge. It doesn't help with the new direction. Kodak had to let many people go and hire many new people or companies that aligned to their new direction. Now you need to create a new culture from a diverse group of people and companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have a new CEO who is very energetic to make a long lasting company. It will be critical to innovate and invest in the next big thing. I hope that is a priority and it won't get squelched as you fight for short term profitability.
