I worked at Eat'n Park part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity to meet new people and you work get hours every week. Some stores aren't open 24 hours a day so no over night shifts

    Cons

Manager favoritism. Harassment. As a new employee I was given the assessment and failed. I failed because they never gave me the book of information but still expected me know everything. Advertised we would get benefits. Nope not one beside a half price meal during breaks

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone equally. Actually train the new employees. Don't expect perfection when you don't teach it.
