The company is putting a ton of time and effort into employee satisfaction. Great office with ping pong, putting green and large cafeteria. If you can build your book and maintain your customer base you can make a lot of money.

Lots of turnover with sales reps and managers, you can go through 4 sales managers in less than 2 years. The job is very transnational and highly stressful. It is hard to take time off. Everything always takes months to get done, they will tell you something in April and you won't see it happen until Q2 of the following year.

    Advice to Management

Figure out a way to make it easier for reps to take time off when they need to. Taking a sick day or going on a vacation shouldn't be so tough, they need to give more support. Also timelines need to move faster or be kept secret until ready to move.
