Unique Technoligy w/ only one other simular company in the US. A good place to learn this technoligy. Laid back work pace
Employee compensation significantly lower than comperable positions elseware. Sr. Management view employees as a cost and replaceable like electronics. Advancement is slow to achieve.
Advice to Management
Improve the overall culture, compensate your employees, and value them. Have HR be an advacate for your employees by trying to do the proper thing for them as opposed to advacating cost savings for Corp. One example is that company was very profitable last yr. yet promotions and raises were minimal (.+-2%) and delayed by 90 days.
