I worked at Eckoh full-time (more than an year)

Lots of opportunities to socialise with colleagues - lunchtime drinking isn't discouraged. A healthy staff engagement culture with frequent out of hours events where subsequent over indulgence is a badge of honour for next day discussion. Great company for investors, share price is front and centre of all activities. Great company for existing customers, client management policy is Yes, regardless of the problem/question/refund.

A stratospheric rise in company value and subsequent international focus has far outpaced the abilities of the sales team to deliver (despite micro management and negative reinforcement). This same growth has also outpaced the internal culture and professionalism that should be expected of a multinational plc. A reverse sex discrimination policy appears to exist where skirt length is a determining factor in promotion prospects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The failure of team members and in-turn their subsequent replacements will ultimately be blamed on naive management who are not suited to the big league's performance requirement - take your share options and run !!!
