Good clients - you get an opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world. Most of the people were really nice.

Highly political culture. - to a point where it is toxic. Employees are not rewarded by merit. Very siloed. Your work typically sits very low on the clients value scale (social). The vision of the digital department (to be a digital marketing agency) was talked about a lot but never acted upon. The people with executive powers have little idea of the day-to-day operations. If you are not good at setting limits or saying no, you will end up working 70h a week.

    Advice to Management

    1) Stop trying to "communicate' your way out of fundamental structural problems. Be honest with your employees. 2) Hire top talent for key positions.
