    Pros

Flexible timings, Senior Managers are cool.

    Cons

Not a bad company overall if you are in the right group. There are a few bad apples who spoil it for everybody. Developers are cool for the most part, except a few who talk big and do nothing. Favoritism is kinda rampant in the company too. TONS of people quitting. Project Management team is the worst you will ever find, clueless with attitude and proud of their ignorance starting from the very top. Many good people in that team are leaving, cause can't tolerate their manager yelling at them at whim.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire Project Managers who have a clue, know some kinda process and have their leaders treat developers/others with some degree of respect and professionalism. If they can't solve problems and add value, ask them to just step out of the way.
