    Nice people to work with.
Great idea (blended learning in educational settings).
Really nice CEO who remembers everyone's name.

Bugs are ignored. Obvious issues aren't ever important. You are encouraged to let shoddy work slide.
Thinking is looked down upon. Micromanagement galore. Your manager will just edit your work instead of guiding you to improve & edit on your own.
There are no processes in the tech department. Using an unknown SDLC (or maybe none).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get some clear processes in place.
Respect your employees: contribute to their growth, allow ideas to be heard, work to achieve a higher level of quality.
