The only pro about the company is really the peers. Working amongst friends, makes a hard work day more bearable. The teams often get together for happy hours outside the office, which has made long lasting relationships.

The company has very poor communication, poor leadership, and a lack of direction. The only focus of the leadership seems to be short term budget, and not long term commitment to the employees or company. Everyday there is a new top priority and the overall way of thinking is Act First, Think Second. While it is an ever changing business, there does not seem to be focus on the future, rather how do we meet the numbers today.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is obvious that the moral at the company has been very down, and instead of ignoring the issue, management should communicate how they are going to fix the issues. There have been numerous reorgs, with very little insight into what this means for the future of the company. Everyone is just waiting for the next one to happen and are either thinking about leaving, actively looking for a new job, or waiting to be a part of the next reorg. This should be addressed and taken seriously.
