As an online exam reader, you can work remotely. If you are an independent and fast learner, this is a good job for you.

Corporate makes all decisions for readers. Scoring leaders are sometimes involved in decision-making, but readers do not have a voice. And, it sounds like the scoring leaders have very little voice as well. Things like across-the-board pay cuts are the norm, with explanations such as industry standard as rationale.

    Advice to Management

Be more active in involving those who do all the legwork for you. Dissatified readers will lower your chances, eventually, of maintaining large test programs like the GRE.
