    I have been working at Edward Jones part-time (more than 3 years)


    flexibility; pleasant office conditions; professional associations; GREAT training; most offices are extremely similar in set up and activities; headquarters support is great.


    On Call's must work 100 hours annually and must travel to get enough hours; travel paid only after 30 miles one way. 1000 annual one time threshold for benefits almost impossible to achieve.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    On Call travel pay needs to be door to door; Training should be more accessible from home. On Call's need annual reviews and pay raises for training and performance .Senior On Call position would be great. Restructure the 1000 hour threshold for benefit inclusion or offer benefits to Senior On Calls who work 100+ mile radius.
