    Get lots of experience to build your resume.


    The CEO does not value its employees. He sees all of his staff as "human capital" to help him build his company. He is very friendly in the beginning when you join the company but later you'll find that he has little regard for you as a person. He's a young CEO that built this company straight out of college which explains his lack of empathy for employees since he's never had to work for an employer himself or learned how to "manage" in a way that builds trust. He also refuses to pay market rate for employees because he thinks people should "believe" in the opportunities there, yet doesn't offer stock to offset the pay hit. For a company of that size, that seems petty, but that may have changed by now? Turn over was extremely high at the company when I was there. Our entire department has now been cycled through the company due to many of the reasons above.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in building a corporate culture that values its employees and make it a priority. Take time to genuinely care about your employees. Stop seeing them as pawns instead of people.
