Current Employee - Don't Even Know Anymore in Knoxville, TN

I have been working at Elavon full-time for more than 5 years

Great people. Good environment. Backed by a very stable company, so the organization itself should be around for the long haul. Constantly gaining new markets.

Change is a constant here. While change can often be good, when it happens so quickly that employees feel like they are caught in a tornado, it leaves behind a trail of uncertainty and fear. Manager are swapped, people are uprooted and moved to different teams (they call is restructuring), more and more responsibility is piled on you with no increase in pay. It's a job. The people are great, but we are all constantly looking over our shoulders to see what's sneaking up on us next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so reluctant to hire new people. Moving everybody around and giving them "opportunities" is making things uncertain and stressful which effects our ability to do our jobs.
