Terrible communication internally between departments.
Focused more on keeping people that are terrible at their jobs, but have been there for years instead of keeping truly talented staff new to the company. Company needs to reduce nepotism and cronyism.Advice to ManagementAdvice
This if for the CFO....Take notice of what actually goes on in the departments. Managers taking credit for their employees work. Getting rid of someone because they can and not because their not doing their job. Managers are not always consistent or fair with all of their employees. They pick favorites and the others suffer.
