I have been working at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) full-time

    Pros

no mircromanaging. at all. no one care what time you come in what time you leave how long you take your lunch for as long as the job is done. at the end of the day you always take your laptop home in case you wont be able to come in you can work from home no problem and most of the time no questions ask , again as long the job gets done

    Cons

too quiet. people dont talk much keep to themselves.

    Advice to Management

have once a week social meeting with your team. it really is the most boring place i have ever worked at.
