I worked at Electronic Arts full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    You learn A LOT
    Free games
    Great campus
Child care! Child care! Child care!

    Cons

The most backstabbing, non-supportive place on the planet. The staff spends so much time covering their back it's amazing any work gets done. Incredibly immature people, leading to unnecessary politics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop encouraging the petty politics. Stop re-organizing the company. It's not the structure, it's handing out VP titles like candy and pushing out solid managers that makes the inner workings so horrible.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
